How do you lose 20 pounds fast?
i am all ready skiny so i just need to lose that little betty plug thing. bc i am try to get abs so i need to lose about 20 more pounds or more so than i can start work on my stomach
wow.. that frist girl was really mean yea that cool you have the same name as me but any way i no what you mean i am a cheerleader and i have to stay fit and toned some people say i stay that way bc i don't eat but no its because i am so skinny but really i eat a lot of grapes and protens and fruits and veg. you no but i has keep the other wait off.

Need to lose 20 pounds fast and healthy by dec. 15 what food shouls I eat and what shouldn't I eat?

Well you should eat fiber and protein rich foods like: eggs, apples, carrots, oatmeal, milk, soy-milk, tofu, well anything in produce-except potatoes, dark chocolate(the very high % kind), and very lean meat-like tuna. Also drink a lot of water and tea cause they help to rid your body of toxins. What you shouldn't eat are: anything in the snack food unless- it is baked, stay away from soda-all kinds even diet, also stay away from energy drinks-if you are in need of energy drink a cup of coffee or tea, although somethings say fat free- they are not healthy cause there is extra sweetener in them, stay away from fatty meats like ham. How to lose 10-20 Pounds fast in 1 month? Diet and Exercise Recommendations?
I'm 5'0 and 115 lbs, but even though I'm in the normal weight range, I'm still chunky all over esp. in my arms and tummy. Can you recommend any diets that would make me lose 10-20 pounds fast? I've been running on the tread mill for 30 mins everyday for a month and haven't been seeing much progress.
You need to change your diet. Get rid of the sugars and simple carbohydrates. Eat more protein and complex carbs.
You should also start weight training. Muscle increases your metabolism.
However, losing 10-20lbs of fat in one month will not happen. ever.

How can I lose 20-30 pounds fast,easy, and keep it off?
I want to lose 20-30 pounds perferably by march. I also want to lose the weight fast. I'm about 5'3 or 5'4 and I weigh 145 pounds. I have access weight around my stomach,legs arms face, just about eveywhere. I'm a vegitarian. I also play sports. What are some workout I can do? How many calories should I eat a day? I really need help.
First of all, there is never a quick fix. The pills are scams, and still require life style changes. You should only lose a pound or two a week to safely lose weight. If you are really serious about losing this weight and keeping it off, you will have to change your lifestyle. If you are a vegetarian to lose weight, I suggest you stop because it won't make a difference. If you're a vegetarian because it's who you are, then coolness. Life choices rock.
Do not try to eat less because your body will store the food as fat because it feels like it is being starved and then you will have the opposite effect you want. Don't binge either. The best way to make sure you don't eat too much or too little is to have six small meals a day, and (this is very important) chew slowly. This will help to regulate your metabolism (how your body digests foods) and, not only will you taste your food more, you will not eat so much that you eat more than your stomach will hold. It takes about twenty minutes for people to realize that they are full. Of course, a well balanced diet helps as well.
As for exercise, I'd say running (don't over do it) and make sure you stretch both BEFORE and AFTER. Your muscles will get sore otherwise (they still might get sore anyway but not as bad).
If you do this, your body will lose weight all over. There is no way to take off weight from a particular layer, your body will lose weight in proportion to the rest of your body. Also, you might gain some muscle from running. Muscles weigh more than fat, but definitely look better. Don't freak out if you're not losing as much weight as you like.

If you lose about 3.5 lbs a week you should lose 20lbs in about 6 weeks. Make sure you do a lot of cardio and eat healthy (lots of protein!) and you will be fine!
