run for half an hour every day, do 100 sit-ups every day, Do jumping jacks while you watch tv- if you stop the jumping jacks turn off the tv. drink lots of water and eat tons of raw vegetables instead of snaking.

Are you willing to Excersize? Do you have Good or bad Will power?<br />
Do you have any health issues or ailments that would be restricting to a certain diet or Excercise? (for example Arthritus, diabettes, allergies, bad knees or joints, bad kidney) </p>
<p>( I cheated some and I didn&#39;t Excersize, So it&#39;s possible you can loose weight faster than I did)<br />
I just lost 30 pounds with No Excersise, Just from my Diet alone. I went on the South Beach Diet for 6 months. It&#39;s a Low carb diet&#8230; Not &quot;no&quot; carb diet.<br />
The diet in a nut shell doesn&#39;t allow you to have White Flour of any kind, Enriched wheat flour, or Sugar and the 1st 2 wks have additional rules. You can get the south Beach Diet books online or at a book store, there are 3 or 4 currently, The 1st one Explains the diet and has recipes and a meal plan in the book (blue book) then there are recipe books (yellow and orange) that you can purchase if needed.<br />
One thing to Remember&#8230;&#8230;.. Your starting weight and body fat % depends on how fast you will Loose the weight. (also your dedication to whatever you do)<br />
If you&#39;re high in extra Body fat, You&#39;ll loose it faster then a skinny person trying to loose 5-10 pounds.<br />
If you&#39;re looking for just a couple pounds&#8230;&#8230;. stop eating sugar, stop drinking Pop and Go hit the Gym or get at home fitness tapes.<br />
I found 8 minute Pilates at Big Lots for $4, and I Love it because it only takes 8 minutes a Day and it really makes a difference with my energy level through the day. I haven&#39;t seen any results yet, but I&#39;ve only had it a couple days.</p>
<p>As far as Excersize&#8230;&#8230;. Where are your problem areas?<br />
Your behind, legs, arms, stomache&#8230;.. Figure out what you need to work out first, then figure out a routine.<br />
The Most important part&#8230;.ROUTINE! If you don&#39;t stick to something, then you&#39;ll put it off and it&#39;ll never get done.</p>
<p>Call some Local Gyms to see which ones have a fitness trainer on sight to help you with the areas that need special attention. If you need to loose 20 lbs in a month, Be careful and do it the healthy way.</p>
<p>If you&#39;re looking into  herbal Appetite suppresants&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.. Make sure you read all the precaustions and warnings on the label. They have liquid drops you can put under your tongue. Plus research it on the internet to see side effects from People who have used it. Also, call your pharmacists for a list of side effects. You could look into, but again Check it out before you buy to make sure it&#39;s safe for your body and Follow all instructions for using it.</p>
<p>My best advice is Go see a fitness trainor at a local gym, and Eat healthy.<br />

<br />Do it for yourself : easiest way to lose weight is to decide for yourself that you really want to lose weight if you are not motivated enough than nothing is going to happen<br />
Exercise : do cardio exercise, yoga, pilates its great to burn fat and it will tone ur body as well, Dancing can be one of the ways of a work out and you may not even get bored of it.<br />
Diet wise :  drink 8-10 glasses of water. U should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and you should have small meal every 3 hours and don’t eat before 3 hrs of going to bed and soup it make u full and has less calories just avoid the cream and make the soup in this way mix veggies and water sort of a thick soup its very filling and sometimes tasty. You should look at how you are eating these days. Eating healthy food lets you have a healthy body. You should stop using food that has fat and contains sweets in it.
