Don’t ever think heartburn at home is less pain than any other places. The true is, even you in the mall, work place, or wherever you are the symptoms and feelings are the same. Heartburn feels uncomfortable, to put it mildly and can be even be embarrassing. Just image during a time you burp the food up then you swallowing it back. It’s so disgusting by that. We can’t reject heartburn as a small impact to life, because it affect our daily life. Anybody who has experienced this condition knows just how bad that burning sensation can be. It’s so bad that many of us stop eating. But the problem is not stop here yet. When we stop eating, we feel hungry, but that is when the worse start, we get back to eat and again the heartburn come back.
You can become frustrating with heartburn condition. The problem will not be solve by go to the doctor many times. It’s the same old pattern over and over. We suffer, we go to the doctor, and the doctor prescribes medication. After having to pay for this over and over and over we skip running to the doctor. Doctor’s fees are high. Then we visit the drug store and ask for the heartburn medicine. There are so many to choose from we try one after the other. Most of us will feel better for a short time. The majority is no permanently cure. The process repeat to a point where we realize nothing is helpful. Even the doctor or medicines can’t help you from heartburn, then you might need to find another way.
When you have no hope in the medical field, you then have to cure it on your own by research or find some other inherit remedies. Many of us are not the type of self remedy. We’ve been taught to rely completely on the medical profession. Many drug companies make billion of dollars from our ignorance decision. Take for example a character who was so fed up he came up with (and you can use it at home) ‘Heartburn No More’. It took eleven years but he finally got the right answers.
