how can i lose 15-20 pounds really fast!!?

im 132 pounds.i used to be 115 i would like to be that same weight again.so i want to lose 15-20 fast before my graduation this june.
Even though this is what everyone says, its true. You should eat less and maybe work out. But the main factor is that your probably eating more thatn normal. You should maybe change your diet a bit. You know, just eat a little less everyday or just cut down on the sweets. If you choose to eat less and excercise, then I can garantee that you'll be dropping weight. Just make sure you don't eat after you work out. Also, the best exercise is unfortunately running, but it can just be jogs for 10 min and a break and so on.

The first thing you should do is cardio 4-5 times a week for at least 20 minutes at a time. Try and keep you heartrate at about 140 for the entire time.
Also, clean up your diet and consume less calories than you burn (don't starve yourself though). Vegetables are great and water is your friend.

Shy of doing any drugs which I strongly do not suggest. Run, Run, Run….. Get you heart rate up and keep it there for at least 20min 30 is better. Also, eat right cut the calories and avoid coke, candy and any other junk food.

Do boost some confidence… try the CABBAGE DIET. eat it all for a week. You will lose at the most 10 pounds. From there… you need to make a life style change and exercise and cut down on how much food you eat. The cabbage diet is not reccommend to eat week after week after week because it would be just malnutrition. But it sure does make you feel a bit better because it's instant results!!!!! I plan to do it again next week. NO ALCOHOL. Good luck!!!
