i need to lose 20 pounds fast, without taking supplements. what are some effective exercises i can do?

run for half an hour every day, do 100 sit-ups every day, Do jumping jacks while you watch tv- if you stop the jumping jacks turn off the tv. drink lots of water and eat tons of raw vegetables instead of snaking.
