I wanna lose 20-30 pounds as fast as i can but still have it be healthy and not screw up my motabolism?

I weigh about 137.8 pounds and i'm tired of looking in the mirror and seeing a nice big gut there and huge theighs. I want to get into like 117 or 120 pounds where most of the other girls my age are at. I'm 15 and i hate the way my body looks. Please help and give me tips on great healthy ways to lose those pounds!!

avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you're cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you're food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you're stomach as you eat.
do not eat before you go to sleep

eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you're metabolism

healthy way to lose 20-30lbs wont be fast, sorry dont mean to discourage u but thats the truth, if it was fast and easy there would be no fat ppl, just exercise and eat right, u already know all the right things to do, no junk food, no soda, run around the block a couple of time, but just know that it will take time, dont be sad if u dont see results after a couple of weeks

Cut out soda. Drink water. Jog every other day. Do upper body/more cardio the days you are not jogging. Cut out unhealthy food. Eat three solid meals a day (when you are working out alot, your body needs the fuel).

you need cardio to lose the weight and resistance training to tone your body but also because muscles burn more calories than fat. Instead of 3 big meals a day, go with 5-6 small meals. No ice cream, no pizza, no fast food at all!! Treat yourself once a week.
You have to know that it is hard work. Don't get mad because all the other girls your age can probably eat whatever they want and not gain a pound. You'll need a lot of discipline but If this is really what you want, you'll be successful at it!!

there is not quick and easy way to loose weight and keep it off.the best thing you can do is stick to a 1200 calorie diet & exercize everyday.i am doin this right now and you would be amazed with the results. i started out with the south beach diet..just to get me started. i lost 10 lbs in the first two weeks.
ever since then ive been working myself into a healthy way of living. this was about 4 months ago. just watch your carb intake, and make sure the only sugar you are eating comes from fruit(the natural way). exercize as much as possible., but also do what you enjoy. remember if you dont enjoy it how can you stick to it? whether that means running 3 miles a day, swimming laps in your pool for 30 min, playing tenis for 1 hr, or what ever. if you are sereious about this.. & its not just a fase, your hard work pay off. how couldnt it? good luck!

snack-100 calories(apple)
lunch-200 calories (grilled chicken salad no dressing)
snack-200 calories (a few nuts and dried fruit)

You have to come up with some type of a reward system, this will help keep you motivated. One of the best things to do is make a contingency contract. Stating what you want to do, who will help you do it, and what do you get for doing it.

I'm in my thirties and still fit into my 30" waistline pants I wore in high school. I'm about 5'7" and weigh about 145 - 150 lbs (for my height and gender, the ideal weight is 144 - 151 lbs).
here is another great tip drink a glass of water before each meal than wait 15min. Eat you food and when you feel a little hungry stop eating doesnt matter if the food is delious stop.
