lose 20 pounds fast

I just bought a workout dvd and it's working but my thighs are gaining muscle, and it seems like they're getting bigger. I need help trying to lose weight in my thighs. Are there any moves or excercises i could do.

  4. Try drinking lots of water, run , do about 100 jumpin jacks, or do any sport. That was how i lost weight. Aslo don't eat that much junk food.
