If i dont only eat crackers and water for a couple days can i lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks?

Im going to california in 2 weeks and need to lose 20 pounds fast!
ive been working out everyday but i need to take it off fast.

dood are you serious that all depends on what you look like are you 280lbs and 20 perc body fat? if yes then 20lbs shucks you could lose that in water weight in 3 days and a week in fat possibly.

Not 20 pounds of fat. You'll loose water, and if you do loose weight it'll be some fat, water, and muscle tissue and you'll have gross excess skin. That's what happens if you don't lose weight the right way.

thats ridiclious and very dangerous. healthy weightloss should be one to two lbs a WEEK so losing 10 lbs a week would be very unhealthy.
your best bet is to postpone your trip or not worry about your weight because losing 20lbs in 2 weeks is not happening. You can try a few tricks to reduce water weight but not actual fat.
and eating nothing but crackers is just as ridiclious.

What ever you do, do not starve yourself because when you do eat or even if you eat a little, your body absorbs every little bit of that fat and stores it immediately thinking it won't get another source of nutrition for a while. That's why binging and purging never gets you anywhere. If you eat seconds, don't anymore. eat 4-5 smaller meals a day and eat lots of fruits and vegetables and WHOLE grains. Watch out for trans fats. exercise every day no matter what no matter how long you do it. About 3 times a day do a 5 minutes short burst of a workout. Like jump rope for 5 minutes really fast or sprint fown the neighborhood and then come back. This should keep your metabolism up. Also, don't eat enriched white bread or sodas or lots of preservatives and only gatorade in small amounts becasue it's packed with SUGARR. Hope this helps!
