I dont want to take a pill…
pills are bad. but heres what I do.
Liquid diet. I just eat soups, low-nonfat-vegetarian. Cut back on dairy and wheat and DONT eat ANYTHING with high fructose corn syrup. Also the sweetener in diet soda, aspartame, can actually make you feel hungry, so avoid sodas all together. Besides that exercise. I generally eat about 1200 calories when I am trying to tone up. But I am also exercising.
Also my dad had to take a laxative (called citrate of magnesia I think.) when he got his colonoscopy. He lost 7 pounds (just in poop.) so thats something.

Weight watchers is supposed to work really well (I know people who used it with great results). Be sure to exercise about every day, even if it's only walking for 10 minutes down the street.

Cabbage soup diet. Yukki but you could lose up to one and a half stone in a week. Otherwise healthy eating and strong exercises. lol

No. NO. NOOO. Start a cardio workout (running works) and build up speed and stamina. Focus on eating good food ( I ate pizza, chicken fingers, ice cream a lot, but just stopped soft drinks entirely unless its saturday) along with running a lot and my minimal diet, I went from a gut to a six pack in a matter of 5 months.

yes the bad kinda drugs..is the only way to lose that many pounds fast. Otherwise no! Then everybody would be doing it and not be fat.

Eat less and exercise. Watch back episodes of "The Biggest Loser" for inspiration.
That's it. There is no magic formula. If you want to lose the 20 pounds, you've got to burn it off. Eating too little is a mistake - there's a minimum intake you must maintain or your body's metabolism goes into an economy mode and becomes hyperconservative.

how fast? if this is like in a week then you can do a wrestler diet and not eat, and just chill in the sauna for hours. (HORRIBLE IDEA)
secondly you can eat less carbs and sugars. focus on vitamins and low calories. obviously the most important is to work out. lifting heavier weights burns more calories faster, and it also tones the body better.

xprhide (sp).. it is a diet pill that makes you shed the water weight you have stored in your body.. while most peoples over weightness, or in your case, that extra 20 is caused by water weight, this pill will work.. but be careful.. it makes you urinate alot so make sure you keep yourself hydrated with stuff like gatorade or power aide.. if you dont keep yourself hydrated, you'll get sick.. i have seen several friends loose quick weight but i have not used it myself or have any medical background.. just going off what i have heard.. please do your own research first.. you can by this stuff at walmart..

Do you have 20 pounds to (safely) lose? And how fast do you want to lose it? They are the important concerns that you should think about before trying to lose weight.
If someone is overweight, losing 2 pounds a week is considered healthy. If you want to lose much more than that, I would see a doctor, or, at the least, a trainer.
To lose weight you need to either take in fewer calories, burn more calories, or a combination (the ideal way). Eating less food that has more nutrition while increasing cardio exercise will help you burn fat and lose weight.
Do at least 30 minutes of cardio exercise every day. Walking, running, cardio classes at a gym, stair climber, etc. If you can do more than 30 minutes, go for it. Also, cut out all of the junk food, and cut down on foods high in fat. Cutting down on you carbohydrate intake will help too, but it is important to eat a balanced diet…Diets like Atkins will help you lose weight faster, but it is much more unhealthy and you are at a higher risk of putting the weight back on once you stop the diet.
Also, drink a lot of water, limiting drinks that are rich in sugar, such as juice, soda and gatorade type drinks.

I suggest u hit the Ymca. caz thats how i do and if u eat pizza every lunch time then eat a slice, matter of fact don't even eat food that contain chesse such as junk food.
