I know a lot of times it’s easy to go to the gym, not really knowing what you’re going to be doing that day and kind of float along. Basically it comes down to one thing, protein. Eggs are my favorite source of protein. Just make sure they are organic, free range and cage free. I also like hemp seed, bee pollen, spirulina and organic wild salmon as my protein. Two other foods I really like is MSM powder as well as raw milk kefir. It’s like drinking pure protein. Combine these together you’re good to go!
