Can’t Lose Weight? It Doesn’t Have To Be Like This

Think you can’t lose weight? Any particular reason you think you can’t shed a few pounds? It’s a sad fact that most people firmly believe they can’t lose weight. Some mystical power is stopping them from achieving their weight loss goal.

The truth is they are reluctant to lose any weight at all. They would be happy to simply carry on as they are. Yet they will openly say they want to, but can’t seem to lose weight.

It’s no magical secret. Weight loss is a simple mathematical problem. We eat (calories) and we burn (calories) off. If you don’t use as many calories as you eat you will gain weight. Period.

On the other hand if we burn off slightly more than we eat we lose weight. And herein lies the problem. Today’s average diet is so calorie laden it’s a joke. If you put side by side what you ate every day, against what you should eat you’d be so surprised you’d need a lie down.

Let’s look at a simple example, side bends as an exercise for love handles. You will lose weight by doing an awful lot of these. However, how many you have to do is hard to guess. You have to calculate how many calories you are burning to balance the scales.

You can quite easily take in a whole days allowance of calories in one meal. Seriously! Of course the big culprit is fast food. Even the savoury stuff can be laced with sugar. Eating sugar will make you hungry again much quicker.

Almost everything we eat gets changed into a simple form of sugar called glucose by the body. You can start to feel hungry again quite quickly after eating sugary foods as they get used up by the body very quickly. Is our western diet and its high sugar content a conspiracy to get us to eat more and more, and ultimately spend more and more?

The more food we eat, the more money we spend, the more big industry gets rich. Big business gets richer by the day with this simple formula. Of course, the simplest way to get us eating more is adding sugar to everything we eat.

Like in a bar when there’s peanuts or pretzels on the bar to nibble on. We eat the salt and get thirsty so we buy more beer. To wrap things up you should lose weight if you eat less than you burn off. Can you do this on your own? I doubt it as the western worlds collective willpower is on the floor.

Love Handle Exercises - Side Bends Won’t Work

There are many web sites and articles out there that promise to reveal how to shed fat from your love handles. Fact is, the majority is useless. It’s usually geared to selling you some pills or equipment.

The side bend is the usual suspect in the exercise for love handles category. You hold something above your head, usually a broom handle or stick and then lean or bend left, then right. Then repeat, repeatedly. Get real! You can do side bends all you like but they won’t work.

The fact they won’t work is that targeting one particular area to lose weight from is nigh on impossible. You’ll get a lot of know it alls telling you they do indeed work. Of course they work, but only when they are part of a complete system. Not just targeting one area.

If you do side bends as part of a thorough workout then they will work. If your workout is also part of an all round system you could double your results. It’s a simple fact. Burn more energy than you consume to lose weight.

Energy consumption simply means what you eat. Burning energy means using it internally like a fuel, usually done by exercise. You can burn energy off (exercise) with any form of activity.

Could be any of these…walking, sex, swimming, jogging or even err … sex again! Any exercise at all is better than no exercise at all. The reason why people are getting fatter is they don’t burn off the calories that they eat.

You can exercise for your love handles all you want but if you ignore other areas you will simply get nowhere fast. I’m a naturally lazy person so I tend to go swimming a lot. It’s a great non impact all round exercise. If you can get to a swimming pool you should. It’s gentle and has great benefits for you.

I personally turn my nose up at jogging. I see no point in spending hours in pain and shortening the life of your knees. You know the guy who made jogging famous collapsed and died while out jogging? Ironically discovered by two smokers walking past.

If you think it’s time you took your health & weight serious then you can help yourself by getting a good all round system. If You Can’t Lose Weight - You Need A Step By Step System

If you’ve been struggling with your weight for some time, you might believe right now that you simply can’t lose weight.

I can tell you now that’s not physically possible. Everybody can lose weight. You just haven’t found the right system for you just yet.

I used to think I couldn’t lose weight but with mother nature using some shock tactics on me, I realised it was all in my head.

I used to be about fifteen pounds overweight most of the time. Then I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and at twenty seven years old. Shock, dismay, confusion, depression, I had it all.

I really don’t know the ins and outs of it but it shocked me there and then into taking this weight loss thing pretty seriously.

I love systems. Systems make things easier by breaking them down into manageable tasks. I thought weight loss shouldn’t be any different.

A system breaks something bigger down into little steps that can easily be followed. Eventually you get the same result every time. The result you want here is a that killer body you’ve been trying for.

Systems are everywhere. Giant fast food chains are built on systems, it’s easy to train teenagers with step by step systems. Why not use a system then in our weight loss battle?

I’ll admit now that I spent thousands on crap dieting products only to end up back where I started a few months later. I hope by showing you my path to success I can save you wasting the same money.

I eventually discovered a system that works great for me. I can plan my day, then simply follow the daily steps and know I’m on the right track.

My system has a computer generated meal planner that cuts the stress out of deciding what I can and can’t eat. I have portions that don’t leave me hungry, which is rather important to me!

I used to get really stressed out planning a daily diet. Working out what was good or bad was becoming a nightmare. A couple of mouse clicks now and I’m good to go.

Those Who Think They Can’t Lose Weight, Have A Rethink

Can’t lose weight? Or think you can’t lose weight, then maybe you need to re-evaluate your thinking on this. Everyone should be able to lose weight. It’s not impossible.

I once believed the same, that I can’t lose weight, and probably never will. I was totally wrong on that point.

I used to lose a pound and pile two on, an endless merry go round. I changed when I was struck with type 2 diabetes.

I wondered if my being fat was the cause but I think I’ll never know the reason. I’ll tell you though it really scared me.

27 years old and diabetic. But worse in my eyes was I had what was termed “age onset diabetes”, what older people get.

I realised it was time to take drastic action. My health depended on a proper attempt at losing weight. My whole outlook had to change.

Like most “fatties” I tried all sorts of diets and gizmos. Some of the stuff was sickeningly expensive and turned out to be next to useless. I shudder at how much money I’ve thrown away.

What I found was a step by step system that allows me to plan my day and my meals. I can plan meals of a decent size that aren’t going to leave me hungry.

I use a computer diet generator that does away with any hassle I might have in planning proper meals. I used to really get aggravated working out what I can & can’t have.

I was a chocolate victim. I ate far too much of it which is probably my number one reason for being overweight. Because of the diabetes the chocolate stopped overnight. To be honest I hardly miss it now.

If you are like I was and believe you can’t lose weight then it’s time you started to change your way of thinking. We can all lose weight if we just stop believing we can’t lose weight.

It’s a decision that you will never regret. You may look back and think how ridiculous it was to believe that you actually can’t lose weight.

I like thing to be neat and tidy and that includes my weight loss system. I have daily tasks that I can tick off once they are done. This way I know I’m on the right track to maintaining my weight.

I Always Thought I Can’t Lose Weight - Not Any More

I see my adult life as part one and part two. Although there is weight loss involved here it’s not why I see it in two parts.

My before part is before I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. My after part is what happens after, dealing with the aftermath.

I knew I was carrying a bit of extra girth but I never thought 15 pounds or so was dangerously overweight for someone in my mid twenties.

I had tried to lose weight many times in the past but motivation was the key for me. Actually lack of motivation was the key for me. I just assumed I can’t lose weight.

I had tried to lose the weight before and when I tried hard it took for ever to shift. If I stopped for a little while it come piling back on in double quick time.

Then disaster, or what seemed like disaster for me. Struck with diabetes, and all the possible complications that come with it.

It seemed I had to rid myself of any “can’t lose weight” thoughts and also rid myself of any excess weight. My health depended on it.

What the hell was I gonna do? I was convinced for most of my adult life that I simply can’t lose weight. I needed to get hold of a dieting system that worked for me.

What I thought I needed was something that I could follow step by step every day. Along the way ticking off the boxes when I’d finished a step.

If my daily tasks were meals or a few exercises then I wanted a neat list of things I could tick off when I’m done. If I stick to the plan I must be doing it right.

I had differing levels of success with all manner of dieting systems and gizmos. Some quite expensive! I read plenty of books and lots of Ebooks.

I eventually settled on a step by step system that allows me to eat what I want, and not skinny little rations. It comes with a computer diet planner that takes all the stressful work out of planning meals.

Remember me saying I like to tick off the boxes every day? This system does that for me. Pardon the pun but this system ticks all my boxes!

If you too think you can’t lose weight then let me tell you from experience you are 99% wrong in thinking that. Maybe you just haven’t found the system that works for you yet. Maybe that system is the one I use?

Can’t lose weight? Welcome to the western worlds most popular club.If you really think you can’t lose weight then it’s time to have a rethink.If you had a step by step system to follow every day weight loss would be much easier.

We’ve all heard it over and over, eat less food and exercise a bit more and the weight will come off.The huge problem with those two statements is they don’t give you the finer detail.We need details. We need a system to guide us every step of the way

Weight loss is much easier if we can follow a proven system with a proven set of rules.You follow the rules correctly, you then know you are doing things right.On our own we don’t follow rules and stray from what we should do.

When we try to go it alone we end up getting nowhere fast. Usually worse than when we started.We can be pretty sure we are doing things right when we follow a proven system.We can tick the boxes every day, knowing we’ve done exactly what we need to do for the days battle.

Pretty soon we start to lose weight because we are following the rules exactly, every single day.The difficult part is actually following the rules and sticking to it.We can help ourselves though by recognising some of the reasons why we might fail.

With knowledge comes power. Knowing what to do helps us get the job done.Losing weight is no different. If we know what we are doing and why, there should be no reason you can’t lose weight.Let’s have a quick look at a few reasons that many people fail to see a weight loss plan through.

Don’t be too hard, or too easy on yourselfIf you’ve set out to lose weight with a system, be prepared to follow through. If it says 20 sit ups then do 20 sit ups. On the same subject don’t over do it though. Last thing you want is to hurt yourself. Just stick to the system, no more no less.

Are you really hungry or do you just need a drink? We can easily mistake hunger for a simple thirst. Try it next time you think you feel hunger, have a drink. I can go half a day on just a few cups of coffee; the liquid makes me feel much less hungry.

On your own. If you are trying to lose weight without any help or support it can be an impossible task. If you haven’t got a friend you can talk to or exercise with try joining some online forums. You’ll find lots of dieting buddies online and lots of encouragement.

Is it your age? It’s a well known fact that as we get older our bodies change. We start to accumulate fat in the most unwanted places. If you know where these areas are, and understand why the fats being stored there, it may help you in your weight loss regime.

Exercise For Love Handles - Does It Hurt Bad?

Exercise for love handles, will it hurt me? Well that all rests on what & how you do it. But it doesn’t have to be.

Those nasty lumps of fat at your sides are what is termed as ‘love handles’. There’s nothing lovely about them so where the name comes from I don’t know.

Love handles are actually ‘oblique muscles’ or ‘obliques’, named for the fact they sit at an angle at our sides. Oblique actually means ‘at an angle’.

The majority of advice in the fitness game will be garbage like - eat healthily, balanced diet, exercise regularly - that sort of thing.

Yes people, we know all that but we want to know how to get rid of love handles without all that hard work. Is it possible?

Yes, you could do it. You could eat as you are now but it will take an almost Herculean effort to manage it.

Your biggest problem is that while you exercise your love handles off, with hard time in the gym. Today’s junk food is travelling merrily to your waist.

If, and I say this carefully, you could reduce your intake of junk food you could also reduce the amount of exercise it takes to look great.

It’s all about trade-off. How bad do you want to get rid of your love handles? Bad enough to change your lifestyle?

Or will you still eat like you do now and decide to do a lot more exercise. It’s your choice.

Example exercises for love handles are side bends. If you eat like you do now you may need to do a couple hundred of these a day to  stay as you are. Or make the lifestyle change and only need to do fifty to get rid of the love handles.

As you will gather from the above, it’s a fine balancing act. Junk food = more exercise while healthy food = less exercise.

As a person, I’m lazy. I try to eat the best options, this way it keeps the exercise to a minimum. I still exercise for love handles but only to stop them appearing again.

So there you have it, exercise for love handles will hurt if you have to do loads of them just to maintain your current love handles. It’s far less painful if you are prepared to adjust your lifestyle a bit.

Fitness is the essence of a man. Fitness is the ability of a person to do his normal everyday tasks with full alertness and vigor without worrying about fatigue afterward and with extra energy in reserve which can be useful when emergencies arise or during recreation and leisure. Overall fitness is what every man must try to achieve as their primary goal. In fitness, no-one is ever too young or too old for improvement. One’s fitness can be improved by ngaging in aerobic exercises and through strength training. Every man must focus on three components of overall fitness on working out in order to be in healthy, tip-top shape. These are cardiovascular work, strength training and of course, these should be takeb with a healthy diet.

Staying strong by building muscles. Man’s fitness regimen should include a work out routine which aims to build the muscles. He might have to pass out on developing the biceps but so long as cardiovascular work out exercises are done, then the blood pressure, heart and cholesterol levels will be fine to keep you staying happy and healthy.

The essence of nutrition to man's fitness. It is best as well as well recommended to eat whole and natural foods frequently than do it on large amounts in one to three sittings. Always mix it up when doing the shopping. This will mean that one is getting most if not all of the nutrients and minerals needed by the body to keep fit and healthy. Ensure you keep the three important macronutreints in the diet; these are carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Prioritize proteins though over carbohydrates but never exclude any one of the three on some fad diet.

Some tips in keeping a man’s fitness level high, efficient and safe:

1.) Drink a lot of water all through out the day, especially when working out.

2.) Do exercises properly using the correct techniques, whether it is weight lifting or aerobic exercises. Always understand and read, and follow of course, the instructions outlined by the personal trainer.

3.) Make sure the is always a spotter when lifting weights.

4.) Challenge the muscles, but ensure that it's kept safe.

5.) Prior to working ou, stretch and warm-up and cool-down gradually after sessions.

6.) Check that the equipment is safe before using them.

7.) It is better to do less than over do the whole thing. Overtraining will exhaust enthusiasm and kill performance.
