Trying to Find a New Muscle Building tip?

Usually the best tips end up overtaking the out-dated tips and, as is the case with most things, Muscle building/bodybuilding and fitness tips are no different…or that is supposed to be the way it goes! However, as it turns out many of the “old way’s” are still very much alive. Wasn’t it Mohammed Ali who said the best Muscle building tip he knew was to ‘rest’ between work outs? (he advocated 1 day on, 1 day off).

Bodybuilders and muscle builders are always looking for the secret to developing their bodies to the next level or to that “breakthrough”, but it does ignore the common sense approach that can lead to desired results. Click here to read more on Muscle Builder Workout Tips.

In fact, the true ’secret’ to Muscle building and body building success is rooted in simplicity and not in any magic formulas such as the latest dieting fad or equipment gimmick.

What is the Best of All Tips?

If there was a best Muscle building tip of all that was the most critically important tip to follow, it would be to avoid over training. Every body has a limit - don’t push yourself beyond it, don’t over-train, your body needs rest and don’t workout if you have an injury. Work smarter not harder.

Now, there are those individuals out there who may be reading this and saying…no way! If you don’t work hard, you won’t make any gains! Well, this is partially true. One of the most critical of all Muscle building tips, however, is that not only must one work hard, one must also work smart!

If a person works himself too hard in the gym, the body simply stops itself growing muscle. In fact, the body may reject the additional stress and start a process called atrophy which causes the body to waste away. If there is a lesson to be learned from this story it would be that there is no magic formula for building muscle and getting fit as every ‘body’ has its own limits.

So the choice is simple - push yourself too far and don’t be surprised if the results are not to your satisfaction!
