Who is Vince DelMonte? Vince’s long road to becoming a skinny guy expert began in dream world, his old high school nick name was “Skinny Vinny,” he always dreamt of changing his body from skinny to rock hard muscle mass.

In addition Vince DelMonte actually represented Canada in triathlons.

Vince DelMonte was proud of his athletic achievements and rightly so, although he still continued in his search to get bigger and to gain that elusive six pack of rock hard abs. He then began his plan to get as ripped as he possibly could. When May 2002 came around, Vince DelMonte had made up his mind to end his affiliation with running and never looked back once.

After he graduated from university with a kinesiology, DelMonte began his first steps by becoming a personal fitness trainer. Whilst he was good at his profession, he still dreamt of that muscle mass frame which he dearly wanted, and that would go on to change his life forever.

Worse was yet to come, he began to get fat not muscle, the firm six pack of abs slowly diminished and his middle became weak, his diet started to fail and he like so many before him was slain by the dreaded pizza and a lifestyle of beer and nachos took over. In the beginning of 2005, Vincent soon realized that if he did not address his issues he would now be known as being fat which was worse than being called skinny Vinny.

 

After some soul searching Vince DelMonte once again set out on his mission to create a body building physique that anyone would be proud of. In just 3 Months Vince worked his socks off and changed his body back to his 2002 muscle building physique. Vince was no longer able to to reach the 150 lbs mark although he was comfortable weighing 190 lbs.

We had heard a lot of people talking about No Nonsense Muscle Building plan. This plan promises speed in regards to muscle gain. He has made claims of working with Mens Fitness Magazine ,if this is true ?,they’re a reputable international magazine and wouldn’t employ anyone, unless they are a professional at what they do. I have researched this and found he does contribute to Men’s Fitness ,so he must know what he is talking about.
