I will not go to the gym! But i am 13, i will turn 14 like next year. {January}

I just turned 15 and lost 25lbs. I just ate a lot less portion control is key. Ive been struggling with my weight for years but i just followed through and i think i look pretty good now :). Look for ‘fat-content’ in your food. Also, a tip is don’t eat when your not actually hungry. Wait until your stomach is telling you that you are. (ie it’ll feel empty and growl). You are gonna be extrememly hungry for the first few weeks of cutting down because the amount you eat now is how much your body needs to maintain your current weight. Therefore, when you eat less your body will adjust to that. Weight loss is 70% diet and 30% exercise. Although it doesn’t seem like much exercise helps alot, its boosts your metabolism and makes you burn calories even when your sitting down. So go for a run around the block, remember to lose weight you have to burn off more than you cunsume. Good luck hun

well at 13 you really shouldn’t be worrying about that now, cause your body will grow into it…. But… a good way is to just monitor your eating habits, cut out the high sugar contents in your diet (soda candy sweets) substitute the sugars you eat with whole fruits, and vegetables, drink water when you get thirsty… making these small changes will make a huge difference, and by no means am I saying to not eat junk food, any good diet your on you must remember one key thing, treat yourself, don’t trick yourself. All that junk food is good, just in moderation.
