lose 20 pounds fast

I want to lose 20 pounds in about a month……I know it's not safe but i'm desperate…….has anyone ever lost a lot of weight on a FREE program?……help……i need to lose 20 pounds fast!!!!!

  2. i did i lost 20 lbs in a month all you have to do is go on a diet dont eat rice pasta potatoes anything that turns into sugar no soda sweets or junckfood for i month if u have to eat fast fod order a salad with non fat dressing eat only 3 meals a day 1 snack drink water or tea coffe wit out cream ao sugar and soada the one with no sugar eat lots of meat and veggies jello and yogurt

  3. a good diet. cut your carbs, but gradualy. DO NOT cut them totaly out of your diet. stick to small amounts and only eat REAL carbs. I mean food that is not processed. Rice is a great source of carbs. rice cakes, oat meal, and raisins are great healthy carbs. try to hit your body weight in grams of protein. if you weigh 200 pounds try to eat 200 grams of protein and no more each day. this will ensure you will not send your body in metabolic shock and it will not feed on your existing muscle. exercise everymorning in way of cardio. try to go for a run or do something to get your heart rate elevated for 20 minutes ON AN EMPTY STOMACH. so first thing in the morning b4 breakfast is what im saying. then eat a healthy breakfast. its hard to answer if i dont know if you are working out or not.

    It is possible to lose 20 pounds in a month, at a rate of 5 pounds a week, it is about 5 times faster than recommended rate of weight loss.

    One of the dangers is that you can quickly gain it all back, in many cases people even gain more than they lost. Why? Because it is hard to adjust that quickly to dietary changes.     1) Cut sugar from what you eat
    2) Cut simple carbs

  5. high protein, low to moderate carbs, run a search on "good carbs" to see what kind to ingest… don't totally eliminate carbs like atkins suggests. several small meals daily rather than strictly 3 meals daily. lots of water, no soda or sugary drinks. a multi vitamin is good too. i drink like a 4 oz glass of grapefruit juice in the morning when i take my vitamin. i lost 30lbs in 30 days sticking to that so i know it works. also keep in mind that if you are lifting weights and working out while sticking to a nutrition plan, you will not lose numbers off the scale weight because you may be creating lean muscle, muscle is heavier than fat.

  6. It will deffinatly take 3 weeks. I Kno that SUXXX but just b dedicated n deal wit it so u never have to again! Doin this will keep the weight off also. N e ways, eat no more than 300 calories a meal and no more than 100 calories a snack. Try not to snack at night. Drink plenty of water, honostly. Umm exercise and hour a day. SERIOUSLY an hour a day. Find a good cardio workout lyk runnin, biking, dancing, swimming for a half hour n do sum type of weight lifting for another half hour. Just b dedicated, n hey, if u only loose 15 lbs jus member, u rele lost 20 but u gained sum muscle thats ganna help u keep burnin fat. So try this 4 3 weeks. U CAN DO IT!!!! I did ^_^ <3333

    u cant and if u do u will gain it all back and then some in the up coming year trust me i know. The most any human is supposed to lose in a week is a pound in a half. You didn't gain it in a month and it isn't going to come off in a month.

  10. heyy, wat i do is swim, jog, walk, and billy blank’s boot camp workouts. They’re wicked cheap only about $5-10 dollars per DVD. along with a diet of 1500 calories a day. If you want to lose one pound every two weeks you need to cut out 500 calories out of your diet. If you want to lose a pound in a week, you need to cut out 1000 calries and so on. One thing to remember, DON’T STARVE YOURSELF! sure, you may get results in the short run, but after you’ve gotten what you want, your matbolism will totally slow down, and you’ll just gain the weight over again. and don’t skip breakfast,because itll just make you hungry for the rest of the day, and you’ll envually cave and basically pig out. Stay strong, stay motivated, and set a reasonable goal for yourself, and you’re on your way to beaufifullness! PEACE nd LOVE!
